Marc,

We are looking at $500.00 for the inspection to be done. Please forward this to the appropriate parties so we can get the revised PO. Have a good weekend and we look forward to seeing you on Monday.

Thank You,

Ryan L. Bruce

Mike, we are actually not leaving the lab until 9:45...so closer to 10:15 at GandR if you are meeting us.

That's good news. So if our trip is still on I shall plan to meet your party there at 9:45 Monday?

Hi Sandro,

Ryan from GandR just called me and let me know that he did see any show stoppers with the specification document. However, he did say that the contract between INFN and GandR did not specify the acceptance and inspection by an AWS Certified Weld Inspector which they would have to contract out. This addition would change the price by "not a large amount of money", he has already contacted someone and is working on an adjustment to the price. Once this has been determined he will respond to INFN appropriately.

Once he has responded, I suggest a meeting with Mike Martin to review the status.

Our visit is still planned for Monday morning.

Regards,

Marc

Good Morning,

I spoke with Ryan from GandR this morning to confirm he received the document. I asked that he respond appropriately after reviewing it.

Marc

Hi Ryan,

I have attached Jlab the requirements for welding fabricators. Please review the document sent from our EHS&Q department.

If you have any questions on this, Mike Martin is cc'd on this email, he can answer any specific questions related to the document.

Regards,

Marc
