Subject: [Dsg-rich] Reflectivity test stand dark box modified to fit RICH mirrors

Hello,

Marc, Brian, Pablo, and I have modified the reflectivity test stand's dark box to make it taller. It is now big enough to allow RICH spherical mirrors to be tested.

We extended the vertical supports to make the dark box taller, used Tedlar/Mylar sheet and tape to cover the gaps caused by making the box taller, and added extra fabric to make it more light-tight. Attached is a picture of the taller dark box with the extra fabric.

Both photodiodes inside the taller dark box measure ~1 pA. This measurement is close what was measured before we modified the dark box.

We will continue tomorrow with the stability tests that Marco Mirazita recommended.

Best regards,
Tyler
