[Dsg-rich] ECI preliminary reply about details for RICH mirror shipment from ECI to CMA

Hi Tyler,
I am a bit confused. This is basically the same shipment
we did already, only way back. How can be that it takes
so long to define the insurance ? Can not be simply the
same of last time, as INFN is going to pay the bill ?
Time delay will cost us much more than any saving by
bureaucratic scrutiny.
