This largely depends on the JLab rapidy in organizing the shipments.
Material is ready at ECI. CMA is ready to inspect and resurface 10
mirros within August. In principle we can arrange a first group (most 
critical) to be coated and back to JLab at the beginning of September.

Yes. The alternative is INFN organizes it. We just assumed JLab
would be easier as already did it.

Lateral ones will be dispacthed in one week together with a frontal 
prototype. The two frontals will follow in the first half of September.

If we find a way (as they are big) we can do a reflectivity test.
Planarity will be measured at the company (as their process was
validated by counter-measurements done at INFN).

Tomorrow.

I do not have a date yet. Not needed before middle of August.

Yes. We wants to start assembling it this week. Major missing
item is SSP firmware at the moment. There will be many more,
but we will figure out while assembling.
