[Dsg-rich] Spherical mirror frame

Hi Patrizia, 

Sandro and Dario stopped by the cleanroom and explained what needs to be done to install the frame. They are working on finalizing drawings for parts needed for the load test of the Stiffening Tool. I'll produce some safety documents (THA and DSG-List) today so work on the frame can start.

I spoke with Sandro on Monday and let him know that I expected the OSP to be signed by Thursday or Friday. He said that would be ok for the schedule. Installation of the mirror frame does not require rigging and is installed with simple tools. This is part of the procedure, but if they want to get started now we can do a THA just for that task and have a DSG-List written just for that task.

I sent an e-mail to Ed asking him to go through the OSP as soon as possible. Today he took a day off so I don’t think we can have the OSP signed earlier than tomorrow

yesterday we prepared with Tyler and Mindy the spherical mirror frame to be installed in the RICH shell. 

The last step is to install the frame in the shell.
