[Dsg-rich] RICH compressor condensate drain in Hall B

Hello, 

The solution decided upon to drain the RICH air compressors' condensate from the top deck of the Forward Carriage is to run a drain line from the compressor to a drain on the floor in Hall B. The drain line will have enough slack in it to allow the Forward Carriage to move to its forward position. 

I have submitted facilities service request #61811 for the installation of the drain line. A link to the request is below.
