Hello,

This morning we received a shipment of five 3-cm thick aerogel tile. All tiles have been visually inspected and stored in EEL 124 dry-box with other aerogel tiles.

As with previous tiles, all five tiles received today had at least small chips on their corners. Attached is a table noting the label and any comment for each tile. Also attached are pictures of each tile and of the chips or cracks we saw.

For all aerogel shipments, we have kept all shipping material that the tiles have arrived in and stored it in the DSG small clean room's gowning area. Do we need to keep this shipping material or can it be disposed of?

Please let us know.

Best regards,
Tyler
