[Dsg-rich] Gas system

Hello Marco, 

It is correct that the Pressure System Design Authority has approved the hardware and assembly of RICH's gas system. The air tank and valve panel for the cooling system and nitrogen purge system are both completely assembled. 

We are still waiting for the hardware to be able to connect the air compressor in EEL 124 to power. JLab Facilities is in the process of procuring the needed electrical hardware.

coll. meeting. To my understanding, the gas system 
has been revised and approved (by an authority) and 
the installation in EEL-124 is well under way.
