[Dsg-rich] reflectometer test for the RICH mirrors.

I would say it makes more sense to meet tomorrow morning (I can be there around 8). 
This way we can set everything up and start measurements right away. 
If you have found the way to hold the mirror within the box, the only problem I see is the cloth - it is used in the HTCC PMT testing setup now.
The black box in the EEL108 can not be run without some cover over it, I found few holes in the walls and door. If you can find something by tomorrow we can start.
