[Dsg-rich] RICH assembly structure progress and problems

Hello, 

Attached is a picture showing RICH assembly structure at the end of 2017-03-02. We are almost finished with the assembly structure's construction. However, we encountered the following issues (below in blue) during the assembly process. The solution used/proposed to issues are below in green. The assembly procedure is also attached with the parts in question highlighted. 

1. After their installation, we found that the two beams labeled TA-STR-011 have different size holes used to attach the pivot bar and winch. We had installed the two beams in the incorrect location. 
Solution : We swapped the two beams labeled TA-STR-011. Holes for attaching pivot bar and winch now in correct location. 

2. We ran out of two-threaded hole Robomec nuts towards the end of assembly. 
Solution : We put extra angle brackets on H-Support structure (page 13 of procedure) since procedure was not clear on where brackets should go. Attached image titled "RICH assembly structure- H-Support bottom" shows where the brackets were placed. We removed the two-threaded hole Robomec nuts from the interior of the H-Support. This gave us enough two-threaded hole Robomec nuts to complete procedure steps. 

3. On page 19 of procedure, we could not find the screws noted in "Typical 4 Pos." to attach the winch to TA-RICH-058. \ 
Solution : We can procure the correct M12 steel 8.8 screws. 

4. On page 20 of procedure, bolted for to attach pulley to plate is is M12x25. Bolts that we received were M12x30. M12x30 bolts were too long and did not allow plate to sit flush to beam if bolt was screwed in completely. 
Solution : We can be procure M12 bolts of the correct length or use washers as spacers between pulley base and bolt head. 

5. On page 21 of procedure, screwed bar called for is M12x300. Bolts received were M10x300. 
Solution : Since M10x300 screwed bar fit in holes and we had the nuts and washer required, M10x300 threaded rods were used. 

6. On page 22 of procedure, M8x50 screwed bars were not long enough to fasten part to beam. We also used all M8x50 threaded rods for the step on page 25 and there are no spares. 
Solution : Possible that a bolt or screw we already have could be used in place of threaded rod. If not, longer threaded rods can be procured. 

7. On page 23,24 of procedure, M10x60 steel screw called for was not found. However, we have M10x60 bolts. 
Solution : We used the M10x60 bolts. 

Should we go ahead with the procurement of the correct parts or are there alternate parts that we should use? Please let us know.
