[Dsg-rich] Modifying CF

Hi Jen,

The DSG is working with INFN on the RICH detector in the EEL 124 clean 
room. During pre-installation of one of the components, a manufacturing 
defect was found. There should be 14 x ~ 4mm square holes in one of the 
carbon fiber panels. So the panel will need to be modified in house 
using a drill and files to make the holes. We plan to have techs where 
dust masks, we would also like to use your hepa-vac. Do you have any 
other concerns on this?
