Hi Tyler,
as for the mechanic works associated to the electronic tests, the
procedure for the assembly of the electronic panel support and for the
installation of the electronic panel in the RICH are on the wiki:

I'm also preparing the procedure for the mechanical assembly of the
boards on the panel.
