A week to quote should be fine, the sooner the better as usual. 70 days would be a little tight, I think June 15 would be ok. INFN is cc'd on this email they may know better with the dates. FYI when you are considering the fabrication there is some flexibility  that can be afforded in manufacturing if it will control the cost. So please feel free to suggest any money saving ideas.
