[Dsg-rich] spherical mirror shipment

Hi Tyler,
I just got confirmation from the ECI that they are ready to receive the 
mirrors for coating.
Thus the shipment would be from Tucson to Philadelphia, I'm now waiting 
to have the final delivery address.
