[Dsg-rich] Spherical mirror shipment from CMA to ECI

Hello Marco and Robert, 

We have spoken to JLab Shipping & Receiving and they are able to help with arranging the shipment from CMA in Arizona to ECI in Pennsylvania. 

For the shipping paperwork we will need to know how the mirrors are packed. 

The information we need is: 
1. Number of boxes that will be shipped 
2. Weight of each box 
3. Dimensions of each box 

Also, could you confirm CMA's address and also ECI's address? We will need both for the paperwork.
