[Dsg-rich] THA for RICH epoxy and paint application tasks

Hello, 

Attached is the THA for upcoming RICH assembly tasks that will use Loctite, two-part epoxy, and touch-up paint. 

Before writing the THA, we talked to Mike Brown and determined the appropriate mitigation and safety procedures for the tasks to be performed.
