[Dsg-rich] Power for air compressor in EEL rm 125 (Bertha Unit)

I sent the manual for the compressor to Walt and Jason already (it does say that it is suggested to stay within 5% of nominal and must not deviate more than 10%, so maybe it's okay?).
However, Tyler is contacting the company to get more information regarding supplying 208V 60Hz instead of 200V 60Hz.
