[Dsg-rich] Status of arranging RICH spherical mirror shipment from Arizona to Pennsylvania?

Attached is the bill of lading for the shipment from CMA to ECI. I am not sure if there is anything other paperwork they would need. 

Mike, 
Do you know if there is anything else UPS would need to be able to pick up the shipment? Please let us know.

I'm back to work today and working on this. When we sent these out there were 2 "handling units"(the one box crate and 2 boxes strapped to a pallet), do you know if this is the same?
