Hello Tyler,
here the properties of this dark box should be:
~1 m [~40 in] high;
~70 cm [~28 in] in diameter;
it has to sustain a 0.5-1kg [1-2.5 lb] weight;
the best would be have it as thinner as possible.
I think, but Marco Contalbrigo can confirm, that the most important thing
is the light-blocking.
