[Dsg-rich] Proposed back up for the RICH air compressor

Hi Bob,

The RICH detector group is considering using dry air from the RICH 
compressors to mitigate humidity instead of sharing the N2 boil-off with 
the other detectors. After testing this week with the air supply, the 
internal humidity seemed quite reasonable. To consider this, the RICH 
group, DSG, and Hall B would need to consider long power failures from 
unexpected events and have an emergency back up plan.

Do you know if the current back up generator can handle the load of 24KW 
(plus in-rush) in addition to the equipment it currently supports?
