[Dsg-rich] change low temperature alarms on RICH FPGA temperatures map?

Hello Nathan, 

We've been monitoring the RICH electronics during their testing using the RICH FPGA Temperatures Map EPICS screen and have noted that if a temperature is < ~37C, the indicator shows an orange warning. 

Can the low temperature warnings be removed from this screen or changed to a different color since low temperatures are not a bad thing for the RICH electronics?
