[Dsg-rich] power capabilities of Hall B's back-up generator?

Hello Paul, 

For Hall B's RICH detector, we are trying to determine whether we could run its air cooling compressors off of Hall B's back-up emergency power generator. 

For the compressors, we would need ~40 kW. Would Hall B's back-up generator be able to power RICH's compressors?
