[Dsg-rich] Evaluation of RICH rotation

Hi Mark,

Monday we will need to rotate the RICH back to the 65 degree position. 
The current lift plan uses swivel hoist rings bolted to the detector, on 
Monday we will use the hoist rings bolted to the BTHLD. Could you come 
over and look at it so that we can have everything ready to lift on 
Monday. I'll be in the target groups machine shop (same place as 
yesterday) until lunch.
