[Dsg-rich] Need finalized procedure for aerogel installation

Hello, 

INFN collaborators have mentioned that the final aerogel installation may be changing to where the aerogel and front panels will be installed with the RICH in the horizontal position. 

Changes to the installation procedure require a new OSP to be written. We need to have the finalized procedure on how the aerogel and frontal panels will be installed. 

As soon as we know the official procedure, Marc will write the new OSP and submit it for approval. 

It will take a few days to write the new OSP and get the required signatures. The sooner we have the finalized procedure, the sooner we are able to have it approved and lessen the chances of a delay.
