[Dsg-rich] RICH nitrogen dewars in EEL

Hello, 

On hand, we have two nitrogen dewars: one that appears to be full is currently attached to the gas panel and one is nearby that appears to be about half full. 

Earlier this week, Marc ordered an additional dewar. This dewar is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. 

Marc will order another dewar today and it will be delivered next week. 

We also have discussed the possibility of using two dewars in parallel to supply nitrogen to RICH over the Christmas shutdown. Using two dewars in parallel would increase the amount of gas available and lessen the chance that nitrogen will run out when no one is at JLab. George, Marc, Brian, and I will look into how to connect the dewars in parallel in the upcoming week.
