[Dsg-rich] RICH rotated, stiffening tool removed, exit window installed

dear tyler, 
that's fantastic news. 
i am so pleased with dsg's contributions and the seamless way dsg works with the infn group. 
mindy, marc, brian, george, and you tyler who were there today and the rest of the dsg staff : peter, mary ann, pablo, and amanda, who are contributing behind the scene are the epitome for what support and collaboration means. 
what an awesome collaboration. 

indeed today i learned a lot. 
when the e-panel didn't fit, for a beat there i was nonplussed, but sandro not so. 
with the precision of a surgeon, he went about fixing the problem and boy! what a job he did. 
sandro, reminded me of a story that my advisor told me about arthur compton. 
arthur compton didn't have any books in his office (only the math encyclopedia); compton would solve every problem on the board. 
and the pace at which he solved the problem was always steady, not fast because he knew how to approach the problem, not slow because he was figuring out how to solve the problem. 
just a methodical steady rate; one never knew whether it was a difficult or an easy topic. 

complements sandro, today i learned how to work under pressure. 
and from matteo, how to keep my sense of humor; it didn't faze him even when i pointed out to him that his life's work was hanging by two threaded bolts! 

i am indeed fortunate to be able to interact with such phenomenal people and for a phenomenal supervisor. 
i recall one of the nuns in my elementary school telling me: good people will make good things happen (she told me this because i was god awful!). 
this i believe, the paranthetical part!!!.
