[Dsg-rich] shoe covers in cleanroom

Hello, 

Marco Mirazita informed DSG that we are again out of shoe covers in EEL 124. 

Rather than buying more covers that will only be used up very quickly, it would be more economical if collaborators would buy a pair of shoes for use only in the clean room. 

If cleanroom dedicated shoes are bought, they must not leave the cleanroom or gowning area to ensure they stay clean.
