[Dsg-rich] change low temperature alarms on RICH FPGA temperatures map?

I need to understand the distribution of the temperature inside the electronics box. 
It will help us to improve the electronics cooling system. 
Anyway the color scheme is looking differently now. You will see the high t in red btw. 
Take a look to the attached file. You have to reload clascss.
