[Dsg-rich] suggestion to cancel RICH weekly meeting on 11/17/2017

i second this suggestion by tyler. 
if the meeting can't be cancelled, i suggest dsg staff to start work on whatever they can do without INFN's guidance, like attaching the hoist to the gantry.

Hello Marco Contalbrigo and Marco Mirazita, 

You have mentioned that tasks for Friday November 17 include installing the electronic panel, rotating RICH to horizontal, removing the stiffening tool, and installing the exit window. 

Because this is a large amount of work to do in one day, we suggest that the RICH weekly meeting on Friday November 17, 2017 be canceled.
