Marc,

Filter, Atlas Copco 8102260570, may be installed upstream of MV1 of the compressor line. You will need a way to safely de-energize the line between MV1 and the compressor so that the filter can be maintained. update the P&ID to show this.

Filter, Atlas Copco 8102260497, may be installed upstream of MV1 of the N2 supply line. You will need a way to safely de-energize the line between MV1(N2 supply valve) and upstream of the filter so that the filter can be maintained. update the P&ID to show this.

Dew Point Monitor, Michell EA2-TX-100, may be installed on the vessel as shown in the P&ID. You may wish to install an isolation valve between it and the vessel to perform maintenance/repair without having to discharge the vessel. 

These items are considered alterations of a PS in the PVSSS. I would like to include these with the manifold alterations. Is the manifold alteration complete? 

The alterations will only require an in service type of leak test after they are installed. I'll find another DA to sign off the PS-3 form. I will also need to have you give me a list of the fittings, valves, etc you plan on installing. I'll examine the alterations after they're completed before you pressurize and leak test.
