[Dsg-rich] N2 dewar replacement

Hello, 

The two empty dewars have been swapped with the two dewars from outside that were closest to the EEL. 

One of the dewars we swapped to appeared to be only half full and may need to be swapped out again this afternoon. 

We also rotated the full dewars outside to the spot nearest the EEL building.

the N2 flow tonight has dropped down from 32 to 10 slm, I think the 2 
dewars are almost empty. 
Can the two be replaced?
