[Dsg-rich] Update of RICH hardware interlock EPICS screen

Hello Nathan, 

Thank you for linking the screen. 

It seems there might be an issue with where the screen is linked to, though. On the RICH menu under "Detectors", RICH Hard Interlocks still brings up the old screen. The new screen seems to be linked to the RICH Overview tab where it then only shows the top left corner of the screen. Attached is a picture of what I am seeing for reference. 

If this is caused by something in the new opi file, please let us know so we can revert back to the old version.

Your new screen is now linked from the main menu. 

I'll let you know when the new PVs are added. 

You can use github and make a fork and do a pull request. Here's our current branch:

Attached is the .opi file for an updated RICH hardware interlock screen for the clascss EPICS menu. Could you please update the screen currently bought up with the clascss menu? 

For the future, is there a way we could update this EPICS screen ourselves? There may be a lot of small changes made to the screen to ensure it displays correctly and avoids text being clipped as it is in the current screen. 

We also need to add the PV below to the EPICS server: 

EPICS PV: B_DET_RICH_INTLK_HV-LV_OVERRIDE_STATUS 
LabVIEW signal name : RICHCRIO:RICH_EPICS:RICH_EPICS_HV-LV_Override_Status 
Data Type: Boolean
