[Dsg-rich] no water in RICH air cooling tank

Hello Vincenzo, 

The port opened was the one on the side of the tank near the bottom. I could not get enough leverage to open on the one on the bottom. 

I taped a paper towel to a rigid tube and used it to swab the bottom of the tank through the side port. The paper towel came back dry.

One question: the opened port was the one in the bottom of the tank?
