tyler, 
if one takes into account density changes, though the exit velocity is fixed at mach one, the mass flow rate can be increased by increasing the inlet pressure. 
so we could at 50 psi, go to about 90 l/m /orifice. 
this is the flow capacity per ~2 mm orifice 
see attached article. 
more tomorrow. 
guess who is going to do the exact calculation?
