[Dsg-rich] DC trolley and weights for RICH load test to EEL

Hello Bob and Doug, 

On Thursday October 19, 2017 we are planning to perform the load test of RICH's stiffening tool here in the EEL building's high bay area. 

Hall B Engineering has to provide the additional weights (~1400 lb) necessary for the load test. 

Hall B Engineering should ensure that both the DC trolley and weights are in the EEL no later than Wednesday October 18 so that there will be enough time to prepare for the load test the following day.
