[Dsg-rich] length of straps in diagram for RICH stiffening tool load test?

Hello Sandro and Dario, 

On the diagram attached, is the length given for the top two straps (circled in red) the length of the actual straps? Or is the length given that of the vertical projection of the straps? 

Please let us know.
