[Dsg-rich] humidty/temperature sensors on RICH electronic panel to be removed

Hello, 

This morning, we will be removing the temperature and humidity sensors installed on RICH electronic panel. These cables in use are not finished and need disconnects put on. They will be replaced with completed interlock cable bundles.
