[Dsg-rich] Mirror 4 and 6 inspected; starting reflectivity test

Hello, 

We have inspected spherical mirror 4 and 6. 

The mirrors do appear to be of better quality than the previous time the coated mirrors were at JLab. However, there a few areas that look faintly smudged. Photos of the inspection will be sent later today. 

At Marco's request, we are starting the reflectivity measurements today. We expect to be able to measure at least few points this afternoon.
