[Dsg-rich] load test of stiffening tool complete

Hello, 

This afternoon, the RICH stiffening tool was load tested. Photos taken during the load test will be sent tomorrow. 

Yesterday and this morning, Marc, Brian, Pablo, George, and Amrit completed the assembly of the stiffening tool on the transport trolley. 

This afternoon the stiffening tool was taken to the Test Lab for the load test. During the load test, the stiffening tool was tested in the horizontal position and at ~65-degree vertical position. For each position, the stiffening tool was held in place with the test load for ten minutes. 

After the load test, the stiffening tool and trolley were left in the Test Lab. Tomorrow morning, we will move it back to the EEL and disassemble the stiffening tool from the trolley.
