[Dsg-rich] second line ran for air-cooling; unistrut and plastic gathered for aerogel assembly tent

Hello, 

This afternoon, Marc ran a second 1/2" OD gas line to the electronic panel. 

We should now be able to flow to each manifold on each side of the electronic panel independently. 

Unistrut and plastic sheeting were also gathered this afternoon for the construction of the aerogel assembly tent.
