[Dsg-rich] ethyl alcohol received over weekend at desk

Hello Valery, 

This morning there was a shipment on my desk containing a glass bottle of pure ethyl alcohol (picture attached). The shipment was addressed to you but Shipping & Receiving delivered it to me since all RICH materials have gone to me when delivered. 

Since the bottle was marked as flammable, I have put it in the flammables cabinet outside of EEL 124. I have also contacted ESH&Q to let them know I am temporarily adding something to the cabinet until you can come pick it up or we use it for RICH.
