[Dsg-rich] VB7000 pulley received

Hello Sando, 

We still need to use the gantry crane and winch together. 

The load on the winch for the fully assembled RICH still exceeds the winch's load rating at the start rotation from horizontal to vertical. 

The pulley was procured because the pulley we already had did not have an adequate load rating for fully assembled RICH.

Ok Tyler that is great. 
But what does it mean now, we can rotate the rich by means of the winch only or we must follow what is prescribed in the osp: crane and winch only for safety?

This morning we received the Jeamar VB7000 pulley for rotating RICH on the assembly structure. 

We also received additional hardware for stiffening tool interface parts.
