[Dsg-rich] Schedule RICH stiffening tool load test

Hello Mark, 

Attached is a document from INFN collaborators containing details of the stiffening tool part and load test we need to perform. These details can be found on page 22. 

As you would be the person performing the load test, would you also write the lift plan? Also do you have any recommendations on a place this load test could occur? 

If you would need to meet to discuss the part and load test, I would be available to meet you this afternoon or on Monday.

You will have to coordinate an effort to find an adequate place to load test. Do you have a drawing of how the test weights will be suspended from the fixture. A lift plan needs to be developed and I need to review it before the load test is conducted. Give me a call if you needed.

Hello Mark, 

The plan to load test RICH's stiffening tool is to use the trolley formerly for transportation of Hall B's drift chambers to attach a test load to RICH's stiffening tool. In the attached PDF, page 1 shows a diagram of the stiffening tool on the trolley with a test load. 

I do not know where this load test can be performed or what item will be used as the test weight as up until October 3, Hall B Engineering was to perform the load test. 

Will we need to take the trolley and stiffening tool to a specific location for the load test?
