[Dsg-rich] mirror 3 and 4

Hello Tyler,

I have a doubt: since the mirror surface was reworked by CMA because of 
a problem of  the resin they used, I think they have used a different 
resin so I guess the witness samples should be reworked as well or made 
as new pieces.

Please check with CMA and ECI.
