Hello Mark, Dario, and Sandro,
I can set up a Bluejeans meeting for 9:00AM on October 10, 2017.
Those of us at JLab could meet in the DSG control room (EEL 121c) at 9:00AM JLab time to start the meeting on Bluejeans with Sandro.
We would then be able to move to EEL 125 to look at the stiffening tool and load test components if there are any more questions.
Please let us know if 9:00AM is a good time for the meeting.
Best regards,
Tyler

Mark, Tyler & Sandro
I propose to have a meeting (Bluejeans or Skype) on Tuesday, 9:00 am JLab time / 15:00 Italy time.
In such a way we could have a discussion with Sandro too.
Let me know, Dario

Sandro, Tyler,
I am glad to help with the load test. I am fairly new to the lab and this is going to be my first load test at the lab. I will need everyone's support to perform this load test successfully. I don't have any employees that directly work for me.
I think we should schedule the load test after we make sure we have all the appropriate equipment, rigging and test weights. I will write the lift plan once I understand how the weights will be attached to the stiffening tool. We will need to gather the appropriate amount of test weights and borrow Doug Tilles dynamometer for the test.
I need to understand where and how the test load should be attached to the fixture so the load is applied correctly without damaging the tool during the test. I also need to understand the orientation of the fixture during load test or tests.
Since Bob Miller is extremely busy in hall "B", I don't think it is a good time to do a test in hall "B".
We should meet to discuss how and where we are going to proceed with the load test. I will be busy on Monday dealing with a crane repair at the CHL. Tuesday would be a better day to meet and discuss.
Respectfully,
Mark Loewus

Hello I answer to Mark,
About the load weight suspention a specific drawing does not exist since it was agreed with Miller to procede in this way:
-Use a metal basket with lead bricks, you can find them in the hall b or ask to Bob or Doug
- attach the basket to the test stand using two straps.
- Dario Orecchini can help you.
For any question do not hesitate to ask.
Many thanks
Sandro
