[Dsg-rich] DC trolley and weights for RICH load test to EEL

Hello George and Doug, 

INFN collaborators would like to clarify that the part we need brought to the EEL is the cart used to transport the Drift Chambers. Attached is a sketch of this cart where the original cart is in white and the RICH modifications in yellow. 

Is this the R3 strongback you are referring to?

Hi Doug, 

This will use a R3 strong back as the "trolley" for the RICH, not R2. This "trolley" will also be used for the 2nd RICH detector next year.

it would be very important if the trolley could be moved in the EEL by 
Friday morning so that Dario can prepare the trolley for the load test 
before he leaves on Saturday.

On Thursday October 19, 2017 we are planning to perform the load test
of RICH's stiffening tool here in the EEL building's high bay area.

Hall B Engineering has to provide the additional weights (~1400 lb)
necessary for the load test.

Hall B Engineering should ensure that both the DC trolley and weights
are in the EEL no later than Wednesday October 18 so that there will
be enough time to prepare for the load test the following day.
