[Dsg-rich] ECI request status update for RICH mirrors - 2 coated mirrors ready for pick-up 10/10 & 4 uncoated mirrors on hold at ECI

Hello Barbara, 

The four mirrors expected to arrive at ECI from CMA were shipped on 10/9/2017. We are trying to get tracking information on the shipment so we can see where it is. 

We are still in the process of arranging the shipment of the two mirrors from ECI to JLab. We hope to have them picked up at the latest on Monday 10/16/2017. 

For the remaining mirrors, would it be known how they will be packed for shipment to JLab? It tends to take about one week for the shipping details to be finalized by JLab shipping and receive and they need the packing details. If we already know how the remaining mirrors will be packed, I will submit all required paperwork to have the shipping details finalized as soon as possible.

I hope everything is okay, plus also hope everyone is having a happy and productive week. 



I’m just following up to confirm that ECI has not received the additional 4 RICH mirrors from CMA yet, nor have the 2 coated RICH mirrors at ECI been picked up for delivery to JLab yet. (For JLab test and evaluation prior to processing other RICH mirrors at ECI) 



We are concerned about being able to meet previously discussed delivery targets for program completion. Maybe something has changed, that allows more time to complete RICH mirror program? 



We look forward to receiving your next update about upcoming plans when available. Upon your request, we will do our best to provide you with any additional information or assistance you may find helpful.

We only have the first shipment of 6 RICH spherical mirrors at ECI currently. We have not received the second shipment of 4 RICH mirrors from CMA yet. 



The first two mirrors are done coating and in final QA for review plus packaging. We expect to have package/pallet details for you later today so you can arrange for the two mirrors pick-up.

Could you confirm that you have received all ten of the RICH spherical mirrors? 





Also, Marco Mirazita notified us that there was a delay in the first two mirrors' coating and they will be ready to ship to JLab later this week. Could you let us know how the mirrors will be packed so we can complete the shipping paperwork to be able to get them shipped as soon as possible?
