[Dsg-rich] Status of RICH mirror shipments

Hi Micheal,
please consider we have a project of millions of dollars
whose installation is in jeopardy due to the mirror
surface issue. Our highest priority is to get timely
dispatch of the mirrors to keep the assembling on trace
and do not give any excuse to the mirror companies.

For example, ECI is waiting a feedback from us on
the final mirror quality, but we can not give any
since the coated mirrors are still at ECI.

We are at disposal to find an effective way to match
dispatches with mirror availability. Any single day
of delay is critical in this situation.
