[Dsg-rich] RICH spherical mirror 3 and 4 delivery to CMA update- new estimated delivery 9/1 by 10:30AM

Hello Robert, 

Just an update, it looks like there was a delay due to an incorrect postal code with the delivery of RICH spherical mirrors 3 and 4. 

The mirrors are currently in Phoenix, AZ and are estimated to be delivered today to CMA by 10:30AM (Tuscon, AZ time).
