[Dsg-rich] RICH Safety Documents

Hi Valery,

I spoke with Bert this morning concerning the safety documentation of 
testing the RICH electronics in the clean room. The testing is covered 
under the OSP (67992)/Installation of the RICH Detector Mirrors and 
Electronics/ in step 8. The hazard analysis is covered in the attached 
Task Hazard Analysis on step/task #7 with reference to OSP 
ENP-17-63644-OSP section 4.

All staff (INFN or Jlab) should familiarize themselves with these 
documents, and sign the OSP prior to performing any part of the tasks 
covered. Please contact Tyler Lemon for access to the officially posted 
OSP signature page.

If there are any variations from the procedures please contact me and we 
will ensure that the changes fall within the scope of the documents.
